Cr1000a vs cr1000b.
CR1000A and G3100 will fight for dominance over E3200. This is a no-no, unless you run VLAN at home. I learned this the hard way. I've been told the G3100 has better Wifi than the CR1000. In my testing, G3100/E3200's WiFi 6 High band can reach 1024 Mbps on a 2 x 2 client. CR1000A's WiFi 6 5Ghz can reach 880 Mbps.

Easiest method is to just plug any other device or router directly into your ethernet feed that's going into the router now, like a PC/Laptop. Let it obtain a new IP. Then reboot your router and plug the ethernet feed back into the router. Verizon will "see" it as a new MAC address and sometimes you will get a new IP.I have a CR1000A, currently running 3.1.0.22. Our Verizon CR1000A router is on the first floor and my home office is on the second floor, probably 40 feet from the router in a straight line. I don't have separate SSIDs set up for 2.4 vs 5 Ghz bands currently, so when I'm up in the office my laptop defaults to the 2.4 Ghz band, which ends up being punishingly slow. Like, 1-3 Mbps up/down slow.
FYI, the iPhone 13 Pro doesn't support Wifi 6E. The spec sheet shows Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) with 2x2 MIMO. That means it only works with the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Wifi 6E extends 802.11ax features to the larger 6 GHz band. I see. Still, my computer should be able to connect.

I have it and did not have any drops. try reset and then replace.Speeds were great on new router. Try turning off IPv6 on the CR1000A and see if that helps. If your area has IPv6 that might be causing the problem.
