I am new to this forum and have just picked up a mid 90's rolling chassis. How is it possible to buy a stock Predator 212 motor and mount it on an angle and expect to have proper oil splash. For winter use, SAE 5W-30 is recommended, and for summer use, SAE 30 is recommended. Note that Predator generators do not come with oil included, as stated in the owner’s manual. This information is based on official manuals from Harbor Freight. The sleeves are around 3.180"-3.25" O.D. The larger sleeves will cut into to upper bolt holes so it's best to use one that is closer to 3.180" or you'll have issues with the top head bolt threads. There's no real issues inside the block when using the 3" bores. Actually there's less clearancing to do in some areas because of the bigger bore.36.
