All other things being equal the 6" will have better potential accuracy due to the longer sight radius. When it comes to CC, nothing beats factory grips with a Tyler T-Grip. They look great, feel great, conceal great and perform magnificently. Barrel length options range from 3″ to 4.2″ to 5″ to 6″.
